Tumi Aesthetics ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, location).
• Information you share in applications and coaching check-ins (goals, lifestyle, training, progress photos and measurements).
• Payment confirmations from Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic technical data (browser, device) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and applications.
• To deliver and personalize your coaching.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business: Paystack (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Health information

Information about your body, health and lifestyle is treated as sensitive. It is used only for your coaching and is never shared without your consent.

Your rights
